P. Zachary Stewart

My name is P. Zachary Stewart, and I am an attorney in Weirton, West Virginia. I practice primarily criminal law, DUI law, family law, real estate law and estate planning. In addition, I handle other areas of law as necessary in order to best meet my clients’ needs. I earned my bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and my law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. After practicing law in West Virginia for a number of years, I became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2013. I am also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
