At our law firm, we prepare cases for trial. We take great care in gathering evidence, calling in experts as necessary and building a case that will be compelling to a judge and jury. This preparation often allows us to negotiate satisfactory plea offers, but when it does not we will argue the case in trial to do what is right for our client.
