Mandy M. Rogers is an attorney with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her community. Born and raised in Windsor, Virginia, Mandy has always felt a deep connection to the area and is proud to serve the families and individuals who call Hampton Roads home.

After graduating from Regent University School of Law in 2010, Mandy began practicing family law in Chesapeake, Virginia. In 2012, Mandy established M. Rogers & Associates, PLLC, and focused her practice on family law and estate litigation. She has practiced in District and Circuit Courts throughout Hampton Roads, including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk, Isle of Wight County, Southampton, and Franklin.

Throughout her career, Mandy has earned a reputation for her meticulous approach to legal matters, professionalism, and commitment to justice. Mandy has been selected by Virginia Super Lawyers every year since 2017.

Mandy is passionate about protecting the most vulnerable among us. For more than ten years, she has protected children and incapacitated adults by serving as a Guardian ad litem throughout Hampton Roads. In 2018, she began representing the Franklin City Department of Social Services where she vigorously protects abused and neglected children and adults.

Mandy spent more than five years as a Substitute Judge in the District Courts. She served in multiple cities and counties throughout Virginia. This experience enhanced her knowledge of complex legal issues, rules of evidence, and courtroom procedure.

In 2023, Mandy was appointed as a Commissioner of Accounts for the City of Chesapeake where she is charged with the general supervision of Court appointed and qualified fiduciaries in the administration of decedents’ estates, testamentary trusts, conservatorships for incapacitated adults, and guardianships of the property of minors. She is also charged with auditing and approving real estate foreclosure accountings.
