Practice Areas
Defending Your Rights and Freedom
Conviction on a DUI charge will have immediate and lasting effects on your life. These include the loss of your driver’s license, sharply higher insurance premiums, a fine and a possible jail sentence. Conviction is not a certainty, however, even if you blew over .08. In any DUI case, there may be one or more defenses that could lead to a positive result.
At the law firm of Burandt, Adamski & Feichthaler, PL, we vigorously defend the rights and freedom of people accused of DUI/DWI. We work diligently to obtain dismissals of DUI charges and reductions to nonalcohol driving offenses, and to minimize consequences for our clients.

Defense Attorneys Who Will Stand Up for You
When representing you, our firm will carefully examine the circumstances of your arrest and other relevant information. Possible defense strategies that could lead to a dismissal or reduction to a lesser driving offense include:
Lack of probable cause for the police to stop you
Improperly conducted field sobriety tests
Inadmissible Breathalyzer or blood test results
There are many more potential defense strategies. Our lawyers will not rest until we have examined every possibility. We will defend your rights and freedom at all stages of the legal process.
Protecting Your Driver’s License
You have only 10 days from the date of your DUI arrest to request a DMV hearing. If you do not request a hearing, the suspension or your driver’s license will continue.
Following a DUI arrest, your license will be suspended. Our firm can challenge this suspension by requesting a hearing before an administrative officer. We can also use this hearing to establish certain facts that could be of use in the criminal DUI proceeding.
A DUI arrest is not the end of the world. It’s how you respond to this challenge that counts, and representation by an experienced attorney can make a difference in the outcome. Burandt, Adamski & Feichthaler, PL , will be your strong advocate, fighting for you every step of the way.
