Time Is Now Education Center is a licensed agency by the state of Texas Department of State Health Services.  We are licensed to conduct DWI-Education Classes, DWI Intervention Programs, and Anti-Theft Education Classes.

Bexar County Probation has approved Time Is Now Education Center to conduct LIVE Victim Impact Panels & Theft/Shoplifting classes. Texas License #104837

DWI EDUCATION

12 hour class which consists of three days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6pm to 10pm; this does include the Victim Impact Panel (live).

Victim Impact Panel (VIP)

LIVE Victim Impact Panel. 2 hour class, Bexar county approved. You can take along with the DWI Education or Intervention class or as an individual class.

This class requires to view ‘Living with Loss’ Video (5 Chapters) and End of Watch: Kevin Will Story.

Drug and Alcohol Evaluation (SASSI)

2-hour class Online or in person.

DWI EDUCATION, Victim Impact Panel (VIP)*, & Drug and Alcohol Evaluation (SASSI)

12 hour class which consists of three days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6pm to 10pm; this does include the Victim Impact Panel (live); and 2 hour Drug and Alcohol Evaluation class.

Anti-Theft / Shoplifting

One day class from 3 to 6 hours whenever we meet.

Drug Offender Education

3 hours a day for 5 days in a row for a total 15 hours.

DWI-Intervention

32 hour class which consists of 4 hours per week.  DWI Intervention is held on Monday and Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm or Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 12pm for eight (8) weeks, this class also includes the Victim Impact Panel* (live).

This class requires DWI – Intervention forms.

Drug & Alcohol Awareness

Class can be from 4 to 12 hours according to court requirements. 

Anger Management

A case by case requirement that is mandated by the courts or adult probation.  Otherwise it’s a one day eight (8) hour class.

About the Instructor

Hiram Dalton

Instructor / Administrator for Time Is Now Education Center.  I am responsible for day to day fiscal management, oversight, class schedules, and provide the instructional component of all classes that are offered.  All classes are Texas State Approved. I’m currently working for Texas Juvenile Justice Department for over 20 years, as a Juvenile Parole Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Monitoring & Inspections. Educational background, I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor – Intern. With numerous years of Criminal Law experience.

 I am a Louisiana native, Louisiana is known as “who Dat Nation”  If your ever in Louisiana three things to do: Go to a New Orleans Saints football game, take part in a Seafood Boil, and eat at least one bowl of “Sea Food Gumbo”. “Trust me”!
