LEVEL I DUI CLASSES & EDUCATION: DRIVING WITH CARE
Level I DUI Classes and Education Program is an educational program consisting of 12 hours of alcohol and drug education. This is related to Colorado DUI laws, regulations, and penalties that cannot have more than 4 hours completed in one calendar day.
LEVEL II DUI CLASSES & EDUCATION: DRIVING WITH CARE
The Level II Education Program is designed only for people who have been convicted of driving. Level II happens when an individual’s blood-alcohol level went beyond legal limits or while they were under the influence of a drug other than alcohol. This 12-week program uses a cognitive-behavioral, psychoeducational approach. Colorado DUI laws and penalties are taught during these classes. General relapse prevention skills, anger management skills, and stress management skills are also covered. Participants will gain a better understanding of the bio-psycho-social factors influencing drug and alcohol use. Level II Education is a cash pay 2-hour group that occurs once per week. Participants are not permitted to attend more than one (1) session per week.
