DUI Risk Reduction Courses

Course Overview

The DUI Risk Reduction Course is a 20-hour program divided into five four-hour sessions completed over approximately two and a half days. This course is commonly court ordered following a qualifying violation and must be completed in full to meet state requirements.

Attendance and Punctuality Policy

All sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time. On-time attendance is mandatory for every session. Once a session has started, doors are locked. Students who arrive late will be required to re-register and repay the course fee to attend a future session. No exceptions are permitted under state and program guidelines.

DUI Risk Reduction Course Fees

State-Mandated Cost Structure

The total cost of the DUI Risk Reduction Course is $360.00, as mandated by the State of Georgia. The fee breakdown is as follows:

• Assessment fee: $100.00

• Required textbook: $25.00

• Risk Reduction Course tuition: $235.00

All fees must be paid according to program requirements to maintain enrollment and eligibility for course completion.
