Our services are provided to those experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, substance abuse and addiction, behavioral problems, poor impulse control, and thoughts of harming oneself or others.
BCI offers a therapeutic, supportive, and nurturing environment.
We begin each client/patient’s care by assessing their needs and strengths. Through this process and with the client/patient, develop an individualized plan to meet service and treatment goals.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes therapists, case managers, physician/nurse practitioners, and nurses.
Bridgeway Center – DUI Program
Mission:
Supports offenders in fulfilling DHSMV or court-ordered DUI requirements while prioritizing road safety and promoting behavioral improvement.
DUI Program Levels:
Level I – First Offender
- Eligibility: First-time DUI offenders
- Duration: 12-hour course + 1-hour substance abuse evaluation
- Goal: Education on alcohol/drug use, DUI laws, and reducing risk of reoffense
Level II – Multiple Offender
- Eligibility: More than one DUI offense
- Duration: 21-hour course + 1-hour substance abuse evaluation
- Goal: Address repeat offenses and provide in-depth education and risk evaluation
Special Programs:
Special Supervision
- For DUI clients with 5-year, 10-year, or permanent license revocations
- Assists with reinstatement of Employment Only or Business-Purpose Only Driver’s Licenses
Ignition Interlock Device (IID)
- DHSMV-referred offenders
- Program discusses IID use and compliance to prevent future violations

This program follows the standard Florida DUI format with Level I (12 hours) and Level II (21 hours) instruction plus evaluation, and also provides Special Supervision and Ignition Interlock support for restricted license holders.
