Important Program Update
Effective January 1, 2026:
Janus of Santa Cruz DUI program has terminated licensure with the California Department of Health Care Services. This means that Janus is no longer authorized to provide DUI program services.
Participants must complete the transfer and enrollment process into an alternate licensed program by December 31, 2025 to continue services without interruption.

Rescheduling Information
For currently enrolled clients only:
Use the reschedule form only to notify the office of a missed session.
- Clients must attend at least one activity every 21 days unless on an approved leave of absence or fee suspension.
- If you are in the last 6 months of the 18-month program, you cannot miss 2 consecutive months without attending a make-up session.
- All missed classes must be made up.
After submitting the make-up form, a Janus team member will contact you to reschedule the make-up group session.
