While we are adamant about adhering to the State of Colorado’s regulations, some of which you may not always agree with, we still work very hard to make sure that you are our priority, and we can get you through this the right way! Many will wonder what they will be required with the Level 2 Program. Below is a base tier system that will determine your requirements at the minimum. This could change based on your outcome with the DMV and / or Probation.

TRACK A – BAC -.15, no prior offenses – 21 weeks = 42 hours

TRACK B – BAC – > .15 or Refusal – no prior offenses – 26 weeks = 52 hours

TRACK C – BAC – <.15 – 1 or more prior offenses – 34 weeks = 68 hours

TRACK D – BAC – > .15 or Refusal – 1 or more prior offenses – 43 weeks = 86 hours

TRACK F – 4 or more offenses in a lifetime – 18 months, 90 weeks, 180 hours
