Whether you are finishing residential drug treatment, a detox program, or just need outpatient treatment, we have a long-term intensive outpatient program in Portland, Oregon that can help. At Oregon Trail Recovery, we help you stay clean and sober, and also teach you how to apply the tools of sobriety that you have learned to everyday life.

Transitional Rehab Program

1-6 month intensive men and women’s full-time treatment program, with a curriculum that is supported by our statistically significant outcome measures.

Employment and Education Assistance

Addiction can wreak havoc on your finances and passions. That’s why our program for drug rehab in Oregon also includes assistance for getting employed or going to school.

Dependency and DUII Assessments

We will evaluate your current level of use and match you with the right treatment for your needs, goals, and experiences, including DUII-specific care opportunities.
