DUI Safety and Treatment Program

The West Virginia DUI Safety and Treatment Program operates in partnership with the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles, offering education, intervention, and treatment components. Participants must complete a minimum of eighteen hours of education over six weeks. Abstinence is monitored through random breathalyzers and urine drug screens. Those needing intervention can fulfill requirements alongside education. Treatment referrals require completion of personalized goals before attending DUI educational sessions. Successful program completion is necessary for driver’s license reinstatement.
