Saskatchewan Criminal Defence
Pfefferle Law Office is a small Saskatoon criminal law firm dedicated exclusively to criminal defence representation. We do not dabble in personal injury, divorce, bankruptcy, or the myriad of other areas of law that can distract from the focus required when dealing with a client’s liberty. By dedicating our practice to criminal defence representation in Saskatchewan, we are able to provide you with a level of experience, knowledge and focus that is required to deal with your case.
Brian has worked in a number of criminal law related practice areas including the defence of charges involving Assaults – including Domestic Assault, Criminal Harassment, Sexual Assault, Child Pornography, Impaired Driving, Drug Offences, Organized Crime Offences, Murder, Fraud, Tax Evasion, offences under the Environmental Management and Protection Act, professional disciplinary offences, Conspiracy Offences and Youth Matters. He has also assisted clients with Pardon Applications and US Entry Waivers.
In addition to defending persons charged with criminal offences, Brian provides advice to those facing professional discipline, domestic violence complainants, witnesses, persons under investigation and persons wanting seized property returned.
Matters not handled by the office will be referred to outside lawyers specializing in those areas.
