Who We Are

Jacqueline Estrada, MS, CADC, Program Director of DUI Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc., brings over 16 years of experience in DUI and substance abuse programs. She specializes in license reinstatement cases and has helped thousands across Chicago and nationwide. Jacqueline holds degrees in Psychology, Social Work, and Human Services/Counseling and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).

DUI Risk Education & Court-Mandated Treatments

Helping You Navigate the Court System

We are an Illinois-licensed treatment provider assisting court-mandated individuals with alcohol and drug use concerns. Our programs meet all state and court requirements, with reporting provided to probation officers, social workers, and judges.

Risk/Classification Programs

• Level I – Minimal Risk: 10 hours of DUI Risk Education

• Level II – Moderate Risk: 10 hours of Risk Education + 12 hours of Early Intervention Counseling

• Level II – Significant Risk: 10 hours of Risk Education + 20 hours of Treatment + Aftercare

• Level III – High Risk: 75 hours of Treatment + Aftercare

We also provide Substance Abuse Counseling for non-DUI court cases, with treatment hours based on individual evaluations.

Counseling Services

Group & Individual Treatment

Our group sessions focus on education and counseling related to recovery and behavior change.

Programs Offered

• Educational Groups: DUI Risk Education (10 hours)

• Counseling Groups: Early Intervention (Moderate Risk), Outpatient Counseling (Significant & High Risk), and Non-DUI Treatment

After completing treatment, clients attend Aftercare sessions monthly for 6–12 months to maintain progress and meet court requirements.

Licensed and Court Approved by the State of Illinois SUPR Division

Drug Screening Services

We offer court-approved drug screening for compliance with court orders, probation requirements, or employer requests. Tests are conducted by appointment or on a walk-in basis when available.

Anger Management Programs

We provide Court-Approved Anger Management Classes for adults, adolescents, and children in Chicago and Northfield, IL.
Our program teaches stress management, conflict resolution, emotional control, and healthy communication.
