Hearn, Brittain, & Martin, P.A. was formed in 1989 by George M. Hearn, Jr., Thomas C. Brittain, and L. Morgan Martin. The three friends, with a view toward a trial practice, joined together and have continued the practice ever since. Hearn, Brittain, & Martin, P.A. specializes in criminal and civil trial work in all state and federal courts.
