Criminal Law:We are able to assist individuals who face charges for the most serious criminal offences as well as individuals who face minor vehicular regulatory offences, and those who fall between both ends of this spectrum. Legal Aid Certificates are graciously accepted.
Corporate/Commercial Law:If you own a business or are thinking of purchasing an existing business, we happily offer our services to assist you to with your endeavors. We are also able to offer you assistance with the drafting or interpretation of contracts, corporate resolutions, debt collections, and a variety of other commercial services to assist you in maximizing your bottom line through affordable and prompt legal services.
Personal Injury Law:
If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle or slip and fall accident, it can be difficult to determine if you are entitled to compensation for the injuries you’ve sustained. The cap of $2,500 for general damages applies only to the pain and suffering you’ve endured, but you may be entitled to compensation for the damage to your personal property or the wages you’ve lost if you were forced to miss work during your time of recovery. We offer free consultations to individuals who have been injured to assist you with determining your legal entitlements.
Real Estate Law:Whether you’re buying, selling, amalgamating, subdividing, or contemplating litigation with respect to a piece of property you own or lease, we can assist you with all of your needs. When buying or selling, we offer affordable rates to ensure that all individuals are able to retain the services of a lawyer to assist with the transaction.
Daniel R. Jardine
After working for one of the largest law firms in Atlantic Canada, Daniel chose to bring his practice to his hometown of Miramichi, New Brunswick. Daniel’s past practice areas have primarily been in corporate law, banking litigation, and insurance defense, however he is looking forward to diversifying his practice to include increased services in criminal, family, and real estate law.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 2009, and has maintained practicing status with the Nova Scotia Barristers Society. He was the Vice-President of the Dalhousie International Law Society while completing his law degree at Dalhousie Law School.
