Memphis Criminal Defense Lawyer I established the Law Office of Lauren Pasley in December of 2004. My legal practice focuses on my passion for criminal defense, specifically litigation and appeals at the federal and state level. I take on high-end criminal cases involving first-time and repeat offenders facing federal charges and other complicated legal problems that include: Death penalty cases Murder & Homicide Rape & sex crimes Kidnapping Robbery, including bank robberies Drug charges White collar crimes DUI and other driving charges Felons in possession charges A Tennessee Criminal Appeals Lawyer As the sole attorney at my Tennessee law office, I take a hands-on approach to all my federal and state criminal cases. When you retain my firm, you retain me. I provide a casual and welcoming environment where I meet with clients face-to-face and make my clients feel comfortable. I pride myself on being an aggressive and straightforward trial attorney. I do not withdraw from cases, nor do I fear a criminal trial. In fact, I welcome the opportunity to provide a fact-based defense of my clients in court, especially if it is in their best interests. I began my career with the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office, where I gained the training and experience of what it takes to handle all types of cases at a reasonable fee. In addition to my private practice, I also serve on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel composed of attorneys specializing in criminal law with federal clients.
