Meet Attorney Eric Pitsch My name is Eric Pitsch. I am a Wisconsin native and a compassionate attorney who believes in hard work. Prior to establishing Pitsch Law Offices, LLC, in Appleton, I honed my legal skills in courtrooms with Hinshaw & Culbertson and other firms. In 2013, I was selected for inclusion in Rising Star list published in Wisconsin Super Lawyers. Approximately 2 percent of attorneys across the nation receive this honor. As a gun shop owner, I take a firm stance when it comes to protecting and upholding our constitutional rights. As a former prosecutor, I know how your opponent will prepare their case and am able to anticipate the challenges they will make. It is important for you to know that I have the knowledge and the experience necessary to protect your rights, but I don’t spend a lot of my time telling you about my qualifications. I spend my time showing you. When you become my client, you will know that I have your back. In addition, I always conduct my own comprehensive investigation, talking to witnesses personally and getting copies of all tests, surveillance video and any other evidence that could become a factor in your case. Many other lawyers do not take the time to do this or don’t know exactly what to look for in the information.
