Rogers Garcia Patton PLLC

Jason Rogers is a native of the San Antonio area, growing up just north in the town of Boerne. Jason studied finance at The University of Texas at Austin and went on to law school at St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio. During his time at St. Mary’s, he worked for nearly three years at the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice, helping indigent clients solve complex legal issues in the areas of consumer rights and family law. Also during this time, Jason worked with the nationally renowned law firm of Goldstein Goldstein and Hilley as a law clerk for the well-respected Cynthia Orr, being involved in a wide variety of criminal defense cases both at the state and federal level. As a law student, Jason competed in mock trial competitions all across the country including East Lansing, Dallas, Houston, Baton Rouge, and Los Angeles, alongside partner, Charles Ocampo. Jason’s success in these national competitions led to his being awarded the Outstanding Mock Trial Advocate award in 2013 as well as admission to the Order of the Barristers, a prestigious fraternity of advocates that admits only 10 law students each year. Jason’s academic excellence earned him a place in Phi Delta Phi, a national honors fraternity for law schools across the country. Jason is licensed to practice law since 2013 and works in criminal defense, family law, and litigation in areas of business and consumer law. He is currently a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, San Antonio Bar Association-Family Law Section, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
