I am Terence Livingston. My more than 20 year legal career has included time spent as a prosecutor in the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office and acting as legal counsel to the Rhode Island Speaker of the House from 1997 to the present among other roles. Serving in such varied roles has helped me gain experience that is invaluable to my clients as well as developing a solid reputation within the legal community here in Rhode Island. My knowledge of the local courts and the attorneys who serve in them allows me to create strategies that are tailored to my clients’ circumstances and the court that they will be heard in.
