DUI Alcohol Education and Therapy Online Classes
We help individuals overcome the challenges and complexities that come with DUI alcohol and other substance use offenses. Our virtual DUI classes provide flexible, convenient, and accessible options for fulfilling legal requirements and addressing underlying issues associated with substance use and driving.

All DUI education and therapy groups are approved by the State of Colorado and the Colorado DMV.
Convenient online DUI classes that work with your schedule
Classes are offered 7 days a week, 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM.
All classes meet Colorado state mandates and are scheduled on Mountain Standard Time.

Level 1 DUI Education
Comprehensive Education and Support for Level 1 DUI Offenses
Designed to meet Colorado state requirements, this program includes 12 hours of DUI education over 6 weeks. Our online groups offer a convenient and accessible way to fulfill legal requirements while gaining valuable insights into substance-related behaviors.

Level 1 DUI Education Benefits

State-Approved: Level 1 DUI Education classes are approved by the State of Colorado and the Colorado DMV.
Important Note: Level 1 education is generally for first-time offenders who have a BAC under .08%. This course is not indicated for clients who have multiple DUI offenses, refused a breathalyzer, or had a BAC over .08%.
Level 2 DUI Education
Comprehensive Education and Support for Level 2 DUI Offenses
24 hours of DUI education over 12 weeks
Led by experienced clinicians, our online DUI groups for Level 2 education create a supportive community for sharing experiences, gaining valuable insights, and developing skills for lasting positive change.

State-Approved: Level 2 Education classes are approved by the State of Colorado and the Colorado DMV.
Important Note:
- Level 2 Education is taken before Level 2 Therapy unless clinically indicated.
- Level 2 Education cannot be taken at the same time as level 2 Therapy, per Colorado State Law.
Level 2 DUI Therapy
(Tracks A-D)
Comprehensive Therapy for DUI Offenses
Level 2 DUI Therapy (Tracks A-D) builds on Level 2 education by offering supportive and confidential therapy groups, designed to meet Colorado State requirements and provide opportunities to address underlying issues associated with substance use behaviors.
Level 2 DUI Alcohol Therapy Benefits
Group Sessions: Court-ordered DUI treatment groups are held weekly, providing participants with the opportunity to engage and receive support throughout the program.
Transition from Level 2 Education: Level 2 Therapy typically follows the completion of Level 2 DUI Education, allowing participants to build upon the knowledge and skills acquired during the education phase.
Flexible Scheduling: Multiple sessions are available throughout the week.
Convenient Access: Attend face-to-face online, telehealth peer groups via Zoom, as required by Colorado state law.
Experienced Clinicians: All groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians.
Supportive Environment: Weekly groups are conducted with a community focus on positive treatment outcomes.
State-Approved: Level 2 DUI Therapy groups are approved by the State of Colorado and the Colorado DMV.
Track Assignment
The duration of Level 2 Therapy varies depending on the severity of the offense and may range from 6 to 12 months. Tracks A-D are assigned based on criteria set by the State of Colorado and may be adjusted by the probation department and/or agency, based on treatment compliance and other factors.
Track A
For first-time offenses with a BAC of less than .15%. Track A is 21 weeks following 24 hours/12 weeks of Level 2 Education.
Track B
For first-time offenders with a BAC greater than .15%, including refusing the roadside breathalyzer. Track B is 26 weeks following 24 hours/12 weeks Level 2 Education.
Track C
For multiple offenses with a BAC of less than .15%. Track C is 34 weeks following 24 hours/12 weeks of Level 2 Education.
Track D
For multiple offenses with a BAC greater than .15%. Track D is 43 weeks following 24 hours/12 weeks of Level 2 Education.
DUI Enhanced Treatment
Enhanced Therapy is for clients currently enrolled in DUI treatment, who have been referred by their probation officer (PO), the court, and/or clinician for an additional level of treatment.
Continuing Care Therapy
We offer alternative DUI therapy for clients, with more than one DUI, who have completed the required DUI curriculum. Continuing Care gives clients the opportunity to apply learned skills to everyday life.
A program referral is required to enroll in DUI Enhanced Treatment and Continuing Care Therapy.

A one-time $125 intake fee applies to all new clients.* Receive a 10% discount on group sessions if paid in full upfront.
