Alternative Sentencing and DUI Education Programs Built for Accountability and Change
About AACS Counseling
A Pioneer in Court-Approved Alternative Sentencing Programs
For more than 25 years, AACS Counseling has worked alongside courts, state agencies, and community partners to deliver structured, evidence-based alternative sentencing programs. Our services support individuals navigating quality-of-life offenses that can interrupt personal stability, professional growth, and long-term opportunity.
Evidence-Based Programs That Meet Legal Standards
Our programs are designed using proven cognitive-behavioral interventions and are recognized for addressing a wide range of court-related matters, including DUI, drug-related offenses, aggression, fraud, shoplifting, and similar charges. Through Diversion, Restorative, and Accountability Court programs, AACS helps create a structured path toward compliance, education, and accountability that may be completed in place of a permanent criminal conviction.
