The program offered on Access Ohio (via accessdui.com) is a court-approved Driver Intervention Program (DIP) designed for individuals charged with DUI/OVI offenses in Ohio.
Key features of their DUI program:
- 72-hour Driver Intervention Program (DIP)
- This is their main program and one of the longest-running in Southwestern Ohio
- Typically conducted over a weekend (Thursday–Sunday) in a residential setting
- Educational approach
- Focuses on understanding the dangers of alcohol and drug use while driving
- Helps participants reflect on behavior and reduce repeat offenses
- Court-approved alternative to jail
- Meets Ohio court requirements and may be used instead of serving jail time
- Structured environment
- Participants must attend all sessions, stay on-site, and follow strict rules during the program
- Diversion programs
- They also offer educational diversion programs accepted by courts to avoid conviction or permanent record

- Shorter classes (e.g., 2-day or 8-hour programs) depending on court requirements
- Additional programs (non-DUI):
- Risk reduction sessions (some offered virtually)
