You can choose your schedule either in person or virtual. Our staff is experienced and caring, and they will assist you at every step. Wet and Reckless (SB 1176)

12 Hours
Cost: $271.00

Individuals convicted of a “wet-reckless” DUI offense must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.

First Offender (AB 541)

3 or 4 Months
Cost: $481.00

Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense must complete a program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851(b), consisting of education, group counseling, and individual counseling.

Length of program varies by county.

First Offender (AB 762)

6 Months
Cost: $792.00

As ordered by the court as a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may complete a 6-month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851(c), consisting of education, group counseling, and individual counseling.

First Offender (AB 1353)

9 Months
Cost: $1,086.00

As ordered by the court as a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a DUI offense with a BAC of 0.15% or greater may be required to complete a 9-month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851(d), consisting of education, group counseling, and individual counseling.
