Alcohol, Drug & Assessment Center was founded in 2002. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, ADAC is a group of State Licensed professionals dedicated to you and your case. All of our ADSAC/DUI Assessments and DUI Courses are State Certified and Court Approved, conducted by our State Licensed counselors to ensure that you get the appropriate level of care to help you get your driver’s license reinstated and get back on track to living a healthy, happy, and productive lifestyle.
We offer Drug and Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessments, 10 Hour DUI/ADSAC Courses , and 24 Hour DUI/ADSAC Courses.

Our Services Include:
- Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment: $160 / $175
- 10 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course: $150 (ONLY MONEY ORDERS DURING CLASSTIMES; PLEASE COME TO THE OFFICE MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 9AM-4PM TO PAY CASH OR CALL FOR CARD)
- 24 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course: $360 / Payment plan available: $180 down for first three weeks, $180 for last three weeks (ONLY MONEY ORDERS DURING CLASSTIMES; PLEASE COME TO THE OFFICE MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 9AM-4PM TO PAY CASH OR CALL FOR CARD)

Drug and Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment Summary
The primary goal of a drug and alcohol assessment is to evaluate client needs and assist in reinstating suspended or revoked driver’s licenses. Our state-licensed and certified counselors ensure each client receives appropriate care based on their individual situation.
Assessment Fees:
- $160 if arrested on or after Nov 1, 2008
- $175 if arrested before Nov 1, 2008
(Fees are mandated by the state and must be paid upfront via cash or money order.)
Important Dates:
- Arrest date before July 1, 2003: Contact the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety for reinstatement steps.
- Arrest on or after June 30, 2003: Follow recommendations provided in your assessment.
Session Details:
The assessment is a one-on-one session lasting about 1.5 hours. You’ll answer questions to determine the required classes for license reinstatement.
Assessment Expiration:
If you don’t begin at least one referred class within 6 months (180 days), your assessment expires, and a new one will be required. (Courses that have timed out will not count as the initiation of assessment recommendations, even if started within 6 months (180 days) of the assessment date.)
