We understand how stressful and life-changing this ordeal can be. The stakes are often higher than with many other criminal charges because there are mandatory jail sentences associated with a second or subsequent offense. In addition, a conviction will often result in the complete loss of driving privileges for months, sometimes years, and will usually require installation of a breath testing device (IID) for a similar period of time.
