Ben M. Sifuentes, Jr.

My name is Ben M. Sifuentes Jr., and I am an experienced San Antonio attorney who serves clients throughout South Texas. My law firm handles criminal defense and employment issues for law enforcement, nurses and other public employees as well as federal and state criminal charges for all accused individuals. I have been practicing law since 1984, both as a criminal defense attorney and for 9 1/2 years as a criminal prosecutor for the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Office of the Attorney General. I am a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (SACDLA), San Antonio Bar Association, American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. My legal career also includes teaching case preparation for SACDLA conferences. As a longtime admirer of John F. Kennedy and his book “Profiles in Courage,” I knew from a young age that I had a passion for seeking justice for those who feel they have been denied a voice. My care and concern for my clients goes beyond representation. I care about each individual and want to give him or her the very best chance of success in court.
