In another case, we obtained the dismissal of a vehicular homicide while intoxicated charge by using DNA evidence to prove the defendant was not the driver. We have successfully employed other forensic science in clients’ defense, including blood spatter evidence, forensic pathology on bullet or stab wounds, arson evidence, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and gas chromatography.
