DWI and Legal Programs
The facility provides all standard levels of North Carolina-mandated substance use services.

DWI Assessment: A required 1.5 to 2-hour interview and review of your driving record to determine your treatment level. By state law, the fee is $100.00.

ADETS (Alcohol Drug Education Traffic School): A 16-hour educational program for first-time offenders who meet specific criteria. The state-mandated fee for this class is $160.00.

Treatment Tiers: They offer both Short-Term (20-39 hours) and Longer-Term (40-89 hours) outpatient treatment based on the assessment’s findings.
