He has practiced extensively throughout the State of North Carolina but focuses his practice in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte) and adjoining counties of Union, Gaston, Cabarrus and Iredell He has over three decades of experience in misdemeanors and felonies at the North Carolina District Courts and Superior Courts as well as Federal Courts. These include Domestic Violence, Assault, Trafficking Drugs and Controlled Substances, Possession and Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Drugs and Controlled Substances, Homicide/ Murder, Robbery, Firearm/Gun Possession, Driving While Impaired, Driving while License Revoked and Traffic Violations He also has extensive experience in Second Amendment (2A) cases such as Restoration of Firearm Rights for Convicted Felons, Restoration of Firearm Rights for Mental Health / Involuntary Commitments and Appeals of the Denials of Concealed Handgun Permits
