Our DUI & Alcohol Education Program provides structured, approved services in Delaware that help you meet legal requirements, improve safety, and build a strong foundation for recovery and healthier choices.

What the Program Includes
Our services are designed to help you satisfy DMV or court mandates and support personal change. The program includes:
- State-approved alcohol education coursesdesigned for DUI offenders in Delaware, as required by the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (e.g., evaluation and referral via DSARP). Division of Motor Vehicles+2Division of Motor Vehicles+2
- Outpatient substance use counselingif your situation requires more than education (for example, co-occurring substance use disorder).
- Individual and group sessionsfocused on alcohol misuse, driving safety, decision-making, and relapse prevention.
- Telehealth optionsfor convenience and continuity of care.
Integration with our other services—such as the MedicationAssisted Treatment (MAT) Program, mental health counseling, and outpatient therapy—to address underlying issues beyond the DUI.
How It Works: Step-by-Step

- Evaluation & placement —If your DUI case has been referred to the Delaware Screening & Referral Program (DSARP) or similar, we’ll help you complete the required screening and refer you to the correct level of care.
- Program enrollment —We assign you to either education only or more intensive counseling, depending on your assessment.
- Course completion & documentation —We provide required certificates or proof of completion to help with your DMV or court processes.
- After-care support —Once you complete the program, we can link you to outpatient therapy, MAT services, or family support if needed.
