Licensed by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, we specialize in:

Criminal Justice Services: Education and Treatment, including Level II (Education, Therapy, Enhanced, and Four Plus).

Approved Provider: We are a Colorado Dept. of Corrections approved provider for those on Parole.

DUI & DWAI Services
Navigating the requirements of a DUI or DWAI can be overwhelming. At Counseling Center of the Rockies, we specialize in helping you meet your legal obligations in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. As a state-licensed provider, we ensure your progress is accurately tracked and reported so you can focus on moving forward.
Our State-Certified Programs
We are fully licensed by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration to provide all levels of court-ordered education and treatment:

Level II Education: A 24-hour program usually required for first-time offenders with a high BAC or for repeat offenses.

Level II Therapy (Tracks A, B, C, & D): Following Level II Education, we provide the required therapy tracks ranging from 5 to 10 months, depending on your specific court or DMV requirements.

Level II Enhanced & Four Plus: Specialized, intensive programs for those requiring a higher level of clinical support.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare: Medicaid and Medicare cover most treatment options. You will attend a Medicaid/Medicare Assessment with us to verify you are covered. Please note: Medicaid/Medicare does not cover Level II Education under any circumstances.

Telehealth Convenience: All DUI classes are currently available via secure Telehealth/Zoom for your convenience.
