At Fresh Start, we believe that change is possible for anyone who is ready to take the first step. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable services to individuals who want to stop using mind- and mood-altering substances and build healthier, more stable lives. We understand that substance use is often connected to life’s most difficult moments—stress, trauma, relationships, loss, or legal challenges. That’s why we focus not only on stopping use, but on helping each person develop practical, effective coping skills to navigate the events that once led them to rely on alcohol or other substances.

Recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about learning new tools, building resilience, and creating a life you feel proud of. At Fresh Start, we walk alongside you as you identify triggers, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop a realistic plan for long-term success.

Kelly Andaloro, CDC II, BSW, serves as the primary counselor and brings over 25 years of experience in substance abuse treatment and mental health services. Kelly works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized change plans, particularly for those needing to remain compliant with alcohol restrictions commonly associated with probation conditions. Her approach is supportive, practical, and solution-focused.

Kelly understands the stressors that can challenge sobriety—family pressures, work demands, legal obligations, and emotional struggles. She provides guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help clients reduce harmful behaviors, build confidence, and maintain lasting recovery.          12 hour Alcohol and Drug Information School

This class is approved for violators of the Driving Under the Influence laws.

All while you still tend to your daily activities in the community.  A one-hour telephonic final exam will be given to assure an understanding of class material to earn credit.
