- Third OWI offense: fine of up to $2,000; up to one year in jail; three year driver license revocation.
- Fourth OWI offense: fine of up to $10,000; up to six years in prison; three year driver license revocation.
- Fifth OWI offense: fine of up to $25,000; up to ten years in prison; three year driver license revocation.
These penalties can increase substantially if certain aggravating factors are present.
