Metro Traffic School is approved by the State of Florida and the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles to offer a variety of programs, such as the 4-Hour New Driver (Drug and Alcohol course), DMV Permit Test, Behind the Wheel Training (Driving Lessons), Traffic School courses for traffic tickets and suspended driver’s licenses, and lastly Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

DUI INFORMATION
REQUIRED DUI PROGRAM ATTENDANCE
Individuals arrested for any of the following are required to attend a DUI program:
• Driving Under the Influence (DUI), even if reduced to Reckless Driving
• Drug-related charges
DUI LEVEL DETERMINATION
You will be required to complete a DUI Level II program if you meet any of the following conditions:
• Previous DUI arrest
• Previous DUI conviction
• Previous DUI program attendance
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The DUI program consists of classroom instruction and a one-hour evaluation. The number of class hours depends on whether the program is Level I or Level II.
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING
Online registration allows you to select your class schedule. Evaluation appointments may be scheduled after registration by following the provided instructions.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
After completing the registration process, you will receive an email containing all required DUI program information and forms, including:
• Proof of enrollment
• DUI class schedule
• Rules and regulations
• Request to release or obtain information (two forms)
• Important notice (two forms)
• Receipt
FORM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
A signed copy of all required forms is mandatory. After printing and signing the forms, you may submit them by:
• Delivering them in person to any Metro DUI School office
• Faxing the forms
• Emailing the forms
