The North Central Florida Safety Council is a not-for-profit, non-governmental public service organization which promotes safety and health by providing programs, resource services, and educational materials to prevent or reduce both the personal and economic loss associated with injuries, accidents, and health hazards occurring throughout the North Central Florida area. We have been serving North Central Florida for over 30 years!
DUI EDUCATION & EVALUATION
ENROLLMENT AVAILABILITY
Online DUI registrations can be completed at any time. Please see the links below.
INITIAL OFFICE VISIT
The initial office visit will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This time is not credited toward evaluation time or class time.
COUNTY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
You MUST provide proof that you live, work, or attend school in one of the following counties:
Alachua, Bradford, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, Union.
If you do NOT live, work, or attend school in one of the counties listed above, you MUST obtain written permission from the DUI school in your county of residence to attend the DUI programs associated with NCFSC.
DUI PROGRAM LEVELS
LEVEL I
For first-time DUI offenders.
LEVEL II
For second and subsequent DUI offenders.
LEVEL SELECTION RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to register for the correct DUI level. Additional costs will apply for transfers between Level I and Level II DUI programs.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted by credit card only for online registration. Credit card or E-check is accepted in the office.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Payment of fees constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to program rules and regulations. All fees payable to North Central Florida Safety Council, Inc. are non-refundable, even if you are found not guilty of the DUI or your administrative suspension is invalidated.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR REGISTRATION
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Copy of DUI citation/ticket*
• Copy of DUI arrest/accident report*
• Copy of lifetime driving history**
DOCUMENTATION NOTES
NCFSC will make the initial attempt to obtain the citation and arrest report. If records cannot be obtained, you must provide them within 7 days of registration.
The lifetime driving history must be dated within 90 days of registration.
If you have been a Florida resident for less than 3 years, you must also provide a lifetime driving record from the state where you were previously licensed.
RECORD SOURCES
DUI records may be obtained from the county courthouse where the DUI was issued, typically from the criminal traffic or county clerk’s office.
** A State of Florida ONLY lifetime driving record may be obtained from NCFSC for an additional fee of $16.00.
RECEIPT POLICY
A receipt cannot be issued unless registration is complete and payment in full has been received for the class or evaluation.

FIRST-COME POLICY
Class dates and evaluation appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
SEAT RESERVATION POLICY
Class seats and evaluation times cannot be held or reserved unless you are paid in full and registered.
