Seth is admitted to practice law by the New Hampshire and Massachusetts District, Superior, and Supreme Courts & the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
Seth has extensive experience in both state and federal litigation. He is currently Co-Owner of Greenblott & O’Rourke, PLLC. Seth earned his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, and he holds a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Hobart College.
Seth began his legal career as a clerk to the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler, USMJ. He then entered private practice as an Associate at the civil litigation firm of Thomas J. Hunt & Associates in Massachusetts.
Prior to relocating to New Hampshire, Seth served in Boston as an Associate at Holbrook & Murphy. Among other diverse areas of practice, Seth represented businesses and their insurers in litigation cases.
Seth serves as President of the Hopkinton Rotary Club and Alternate Member of the Hopkinton Zoning Board. Seth is a member of the Daniel Webster Inns of Court, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Kearsarge and Contoocook Chambers of Commerce, and the Mariners Club of Boston.
Jim was admitted to practice law by the New Hampshire District, Superior, and Supreme Courts & the United States District Court of New Hampshire in 2003.
Jim is an experienced litigator and former prosecutor. He is currently Co-Owner of Greenblott & O’Rourke, PLLC. Additionally, Jim served as Assistant Strafford County Attorney in Dover, New Hampshire from 2005-2008.
Jim received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2003. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hamilton College in 1994.
Jim is a current assistant coach with the Hillsboro/Hopkinton football program and the former head football coach at John Stark Regional High School. Jim previously served as the Henniker Community School and John Stark Regional High School Moderator.
Jim has served on numerous Town of Henniker Committees, including the Henniker Youth Athletic Committee as Equipment Director and Wrestling Director, and the Henniker Community Profile Steering Committee.
Jim O’Rourke is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NHACDL) and the New Hampshire Bar Association (NHBA).
