ABOUT PAUL
Called to the bar in 1999, Paul Falvo worked as a federal prosecutor before joining the defence bar in 2007. He now practises exclusively criminal defence law, in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Paul keeps his skills current through regular court room work and annual continuing legal education. Cost-effective client service is his priority.
Active in the community, Paul served as a city councillor (2006-2012), a paid-on call firefighter (2010-2015) and is a member of the Rotary Club.

CRIMINAL RECORD?
A criminal record can hold you back from employment. Paul can help you obtain a Record Suspension (Pardon). You can also apply directly (without a lawyer) to the Parole Board of Canada.
FEES
A comprehensive defence takes time to prepare. Outside of Yellowknife, there may be travel expenses. If you’ve been charged with a criminal offence in the NWT or Nunavut, Paul can advise you of cost and payment options.
