Pride specializes in developing and implementing services to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Pride is an experienced leader in the provision of DUI services. Pride has been licensed to provide DUI services by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles since 1983.

DUI PROGRAM LEVELS

Level I – First-Time Offender

Eligibility:

• No prior DUI program attendance
• No previous DUI offense
• Attendance may be required for DUI, Reckless Driving, Boating Under the Influence, or Drug-Related offenses

Program Components:

• 12 hours of classroom education
• 1-hour face-to-face evaluation with certified personnel
• Overview of current DUI laws and penalties
• Intro to psychology of drinking habits and decision-making

Fees:

• By Phone: $366.00 total, minimum down payment $50
• Online Enrollment: $373.00 full, non-refundable
  Includes: Class, evaluation, lifetime Florida driving record, DRI testing fees, and credit card/online service fees

Level II – Multiple Offender

Eligibility:

• Previous DUI offense
• Previous Level I program completion

Program Components:

• 21 hours of classroom instruction (primarily interactive group format)
• 1-hour face-to-face evaluation with certified personnel

Fees:

• By Phone: $536.00 total, minimum down payment $75
• Online Enrollment: $543.00 full, non-refundable
  Includes: Class, evaluation, lifetime Florida driving record, DRI testing fees, and credit card/online service fees
