OUR PROGRAMS
Right On Programs is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services, contracted by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and a DHSP-approved provider since 1978. We provide DUI sessions for individuals convicted of a non-serious, first, second, or third offense DUI.
SELF CONTROL – ANGER MANAGEMENT
We are certified to provide court-ordered Anger Management groups and classes.
COMPREHENSIVE 18-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM
SB38 / SB1344: Individuals whose conviction date was 1990 or later must complete education, group, and individual counseling.
ADVANCED CARE 30-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM
SB1365: Individuals convicted of a third or more DUI offense may be ordered to complete education, group, and individual counseling. The individual must also complete a compendium of evidence for the court demonstrating measurable improvement in living and behaving responsibly.
COMPREHENSIVE 9-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM
AB1353: As a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may be required by the court to complete a 9-month treatment program consisting of education, group, and individual counseling.
COUNSELING INTENSIVE 3-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM
AB541: Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense must complete education, group, and individual counseling.
EDUCATION FOCUS – WET RECKLESS
SB1176: Individuals convicted of a “wet-reckless” DUI offense must complete alcohol and drug education.
EXTENDED SUPPORT 6-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM
AB762: As ordered by the court and as a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense must complete education, group, and individual counseling.
