We understand that many people enroll in our programs because of legal or court requirements. Our goal is not only to help individuals meet those obligations, but also to create a respectful and supportive environment where meaningful learning can take place. Our trained counselors and instructors guide participants through informative lessons, open discussions, and real-world scenarios that promote accountability, safe driving practices, and improved decision-making.

We provide licensed individual, family, and group counseling, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and drug screening services to meet a wide range of client needs.
Importantly, our outpatient services include state‑approved Alcohol Safety and Court‑Ordered Programs, such as the Drug & Alcohol Safety Education Program (DASEP) and Victim Impact (VIP) classes — ideal for clients referred by courts following DUI, DWI, or impaired driving offenses. These programs help participants meet legal requirements while gaining education on substance use effects and safe decision‑making.
SWACMHC accepts a variety of payment options, including Medicaid, private insurance, and self‑pay, and may offer sliding fee scale options based on income and eligibility.
