Do we defend criminals?
No, we defend people accused of crimes. We help them to resolve their cases in the best way possible. Whether they are guilty or not is beside the point. We all have rights—or none of us do. Our job is to protect those rights.
Have you been accused?
If you want to hire a lawyer, we want to interview for the job. We will quote your case. To see if we’re a good fit. If we are, we can take the next step. If we aren’t, we will try to refer you to other options you may want to consider.
For example,
We may point you to another lawyer. Or if you can’t afford one, we may point you to the public defender. If you want ARD, and would rather DIY, we may point you to a “How to Get ARD” checklist. We want to be a resource to you.
