He has earned a stellar reputation among legal counterparts as well as judges in both family court and criminal court. Mr. Kienker is admitted to practice before all state courts in South Carolina, the Federal District Court for South Carolina and the Federal Court for Veteran Appeals. He is a member of the Richland and Lexington County Bar Associations and a past member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association.
