DUI / ADSAC Services

Certified. Court-Approved. Compassionate.

If you’ve received a DUI in Oklahoma, The Virtue Center is here to walk you through the steps you need to take for driver’s license reinstatement and court compliance. Our team is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to provide Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) Assessments and DUI School Courses.

Step 1: Schedule Your ADSAC Assessment

Before you can attend DUI School, an ADSAC assessment is required. This determines which level of course is necessary for your situation.

Payment of $160 is due up front before your appointment.

Use our Bill Pay page to submit your payment securely online. Important Notes:

• The $160 assessment cost is set by the State of Oklahoma and applies to offenses after 11/01/2008.
• The assessment cost and course cost are separate.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot. You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Once your paperwork is filled out we will contact you to schedule.

Step 2: Attend DUI School (Held Virtually)

Based on your assessment, you will be referred to one of the following state-approved DUI courses:

10-Hour Course

Held virtually the first weekend of each month

• Friday: 5:30PM – 9:00PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00AM – 12:00PM
  Course Cost: $150

24-Hour Course

Held virtually on Tuesdays & Thursdays for 6 weeks

• Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
  Course Cost: $360

6- or 12-Week ADSAC Group

Held virtually on Thursdays at 6:00PM

• 6-Week Option: $240 total ($45/session)
• 12-Week Option: $540 total ($45/session)
  Must be paid in full OR pay $45 before each session.

Please note: All course fees are set by the State of Oklahoma and are non-negotiable.

Step 3: Completion & Documentation

After successfully completing your course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion which is required for license reinstatement or court documentation.
