PRE-REGISTER ONLINE FOR DUI SCHOOL

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) – LEVEL I

This Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV)–approved 12-hour course uses primarily a didactic method of instruction to satisfy statutory requirements for a first offense of:

• DUI
• DUBAL
• Refusal
• DUI reduced to Reckless Driving (if substance-abuse related)
• Boating Under the Influence (if court required)
• Other related arrests or convictions requiring alcohol or substance abuse education

The program includes a required psychosocial evaluation to determine risks for future substance abuse problems. Referrals to licensed substance abuse treatment programs will be made for individuals meeting mandatory referral criteria.

All Florida DHSMV-approved fees are included. Please note that registration may take approximately 60–90 minutes to complete.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) – LEVEL II

This Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV)–approved 21-hour course uses primarily a group method of instruction and addresses the specific issues of multiple offenders.

This course is required for individuals with second or subsequent lifetime offenses of:

• DUI
• DUBAL
• Refusal
• DUI reduced to Reckless Driving (if substance-abuse related)
• Boating Under the Influence (if court required)
• Related arrests or convictions requiring alcohol or substance abuse education
• Individuals who have previously completed a Level I DUI program

The program includes a required psychosocial evaluation to determine risks for future substance abuse problems. Referrals to licensed substance abuse treatment programs will be made for individuals meeting mandatory referral criteria.

All Florida DHSMV-approved fees are included. Please note that registration may take approximately 60–90 minutes to complete.
