Our company is unique in that it is the only company in Utah that specializes in teaching 16 hour PRIME for Life® courses in conjunction with the ongoing support of Odyssey House of Utah. We do not refer clients to ourselves, like many other companies do. Otherwise we would experience a conflict of interest. We believe that our focus makes it possible for us to provide a superior service at a better price. PRIME For Life® Class – Key Details

Length: 16 hours (2-day course)
Schedule:

• Day 1: Saturday – Session 1 (morning), Session 2 (afternoon)

• Day 2: Sunday – Session 3 (morning), Session 4 (afternoon)

• Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day

Delivery:

• Live & online via HIPAA-compliant Zoom

• Students must be visible and attentive, similar to an in-person classroom

• Electronic workbook provided to all participants

Cost: $240.00 for the full 2-day courseCertificate:

• Individual meeting after class to ensure understanding of certificate submission

• Certificate of successful completion provided at the end of class

• Satisfies requirements for:
  • DUI, DWI, OUI

  • Reckless Driving, Careless Driving
