Russell K. Walker
Russell K. Walker is a 2003 graduate of Mercer Law School. He initially practiced in the area of Divorce and Family Law, before working as a prosecutor for the Houston County District Attorney’s Office. In 2008, Russell opened his own practice, where he has since specialized exclusively in criminal defense and criminal appeals, with an emphasis on trial work. He has successfully tried many felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Russell is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was elected the 2015 President of the Houston County Bar Association.
John Gray Walker
John Gray Walker practices primarily as a civil litigator, specializing in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and divorce. He also handles general civil litigation, including contract disputes, commercial litigation and probate matters. John is often called upon to help individuals dealing with a difficult life challenge, such as a serious injury, the death of a family member, or the prospect of divorce. He has handled numerous jury trials and appellate cases. A native of Perry, Georgia, John received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia in 1995 and a J.D. from Mercer University in 2002.
Brian E. Brupbacher
Brian E. Brupbacher is a 2012 graduate of Mercer Law School, where he attended on a full tuition scholarship. Brian served as a member of the Mercer Law Review from 2010 to 2012, during which time he published a casenote on the felony murder rule. The focus of Brian’s practice is on criminal defense and general civil litigation. Brian has participated in a number of successful trials.
