Be consistent in communication and follow up. Managing your clients is as important as making sure bills get paid and the office door gets unlocked every morning. Regular follow up, professional emails and letters, and timely invoicing will ensure your clients will respect your business. Clients should know that you care about their case. Also, this will keep your invoices paid.
